Steam turbines

The project involved the spray insulation of two steam turbines using the materials provided by our customer. We first carried out the welding work, joining the spacers together. Following this, a stainless steel mesh was installed to support the spray insulation.

The final work involved smoothing the insulation previously applied with a special machine. To protect the insulation from dirt and minor damage, we applied two layers of a special coating. In total, we installed 160 m² of insulation on the two steam turbines.
