Insulation of pipelines and tanks Beer plants - Tychy

Tychy - Projects on the premises of Kampania Piwowarska S.A.

An exciting project involved work on pipelines in the Tychy brewery. Our task was to provide high-quality cold insulation for the transportation pipes. This insulation was made from 40 mm thick Armaflex material. We then carried out the installation of the air cushion and fitted the protective foil.

The insulating protective foil, made of 0.6 mm thick stainless steel, was newly manufactured in our own production facility and delivered directly to the construction site.

The scope of the work assigned included more than 600 meters of piping. This included various components such as bends, T-pieces, reducers and dilutions.

KAD European Commission Building - Luxembourg

In the newly constructed European Commission building in Luxembourg, we successfully took over the thermal and cold insulation.

Our expertise was used to insulate the various cooling and heating systems. The work included the precise installation of Armaflex and rock wool insulation on the pipes and ducts. To further increase efficiency, most of the pipes were also fitted with a protective jacket made of stucco aluminum sheet.

In total, the scope of our work amounted to an impressive 2840 m².

Service building - Krakow

Cold insulation for an air conditioning system in a service and office building in Krakow

In this exciting project, we took responsibility for the professional installation of 50 mm-thick Rockwool thermal insulation and the installation of high-quality Armaflex rubber insulation. We then protected the entire installation with a robust protective cover made of galvanized sheet metal.

The necessary prefabrication was carefully prepared in our modern production facility and then transported to the construction site for installation. Our dedicated team insulated over 350 linear meters of piping as well as several stations and tanks, resulting in a total area of more than 280 m².

With this comprehensive insulation, we not only contribute to the efficiency of the air conditioning system, but also ensure a pleasant indoor climate in the office building.
