Flue gas ducts for coal-fired boilers - Opole
In this project, we comprehensively insulated the flue gas ducts of two powerful 1800 MW coal-fired boilers.
Precise welding work was carried out to connect the supporting structure of the trapezoidal sheet metal shell with the supporting structure of the thermal insulation.
The thermal insulation is made of high-quality Paroc materials and can reach a thickness of between 150 mm and 220 mm.
The protective cover made of galvanized trapezoidal sheet metal provides additional safety and durability.
Our range of services also includes the manufacture and installation of all necessary covers.
In total, our work covers an impressive 16,000 m².

The supporting structure for the protective sheathing was manufactured in our factory. Pipes, ducts and tanks are supplied and installed.
The protective metal shell was also produced entirely in our production plant and delivered to the construction site.
Our job was also to manufacture, insulate and assemble the cam covers. This equates to a total of over 350 cam covers.
The insulation work had a total scope of over 8550 m2.
Euroglas - France
Thermal insulation is provided by the use of Rockwool and ceramic wool. Our challenge was to provide optimum insulation for the newly installed furnace parts for glass production. A protective insulating jacket made of aluminum sheets ensures that the insulation fulfills its function.
The required prefabrication was carefully prepared in our production plant and then transported to the construction site. The insulation work, covering an impressive total of 1340 m², was successfully completed.

Guardian - Luxembourg
Insulation materials made from ceramic wool and Paroc rock wool form the basis for the high-quality insulation of our new boiler system in the glassworks. Our expertise was particularly useful for the flue gas ducts and the filter. To provide optimum protection for the insulation, a protective cover made of sheet aluminum was used.
The necessary prefabrication, which was essential for this project, took place partly in our production plant and was then transported to the construction site. We efficiently prepared the remaining part of the pre-production on site.
In total, the area of insulation work carried out amounts to an impressive 1950 m². Our commitment to quality and precision is reflected in every step of this project.
Insulation of the flue gas pipe to the chimney
The thermal insulation of the flue gas duct of the main chimney was successfully realized in this project. The diameter of the duct is 2800 cm.
A robust support structure was manufactured to ensure stability, which was transported directly to the construction site and installed on the duct. We then professionally installed the thermal insulation with a thickness of 150 mm. High-quality Paroc materials, which are known for their excellent insulating properties, were used for this work.
The protective sheathing was made from prefabricated aluminum sheets produced by our company Thermal-Tech were delivered.
The total area of the work carried out covered 620 m² - a further step towards efficient energy saving and sustainable construction.

Insulation of coal-fired boilers, pipelines and equipment - Chemical plants
The aim of this project was to completely insulate all components of a newly constructed, coal-fired boiler block on the site of a chemical plant.
Our task included the development of a well thought-out insulation concept, the selection of the required materials and the construction and delivery of the supporting structure for the metal protective jacket and the insulation directly to the construction site.
In the first phase of the project, the supporting structure of the boiler as well as the ducts and pipes with a cross-section of over 2000 cm were carefully welded on. In addition, comprehensive corrosion protection measures were implemented to ensure the longevity of the system.
The entire structure was attached to the site's pipelines to guarantee maximum stability. High-quality Rockwool materials were used for sound and thermal insulation. In addition, ceramic wool mats and pyrogel were used for pipes that reach temperatures of over 500 degrees.
In this project, the insulation thickness was between 100 mm and 450 mm, which ensures an optimum insulating effect. The protective casing of all system components was completed in our production facility and is made of robust aluminum sheet.
The total area of insulation installed is an impressive 26,000 m², which underlines the efficiency and professionalism of our approach.
Insulation of flue gas ducts - Vitrosilicon glassworks
We have successfully insulated the flue gas duct with a diameter of 2100 cm at our Glashütte site.
Our state-of-the-art production facility has manufactured the supporting structure for the protective jacket and the jacket from aluminum sheet.
Once the supporting structure had been assembled, high-quality thermal insulation with a thickness of 100 mm was installed to ensure optimum efficiency. In addition, we carefully installed the aluminum protective sheet and the necessary covers and seals.
All the work carried out covers an area of 760 m² and contributes significantly to our high quality standards.

Insulation of pipelines in the engine room of a power plant - Opole
At the glassworks, we successfully insulated the flue gas duct with a diameter of 2100 cm. The supporting structure of the protective jacket and the aluminum sheet jacket were manufactured in our own production facility, which guarantees the highest quality.
Once the supporting structure was completed, 100 mm thick thermal insulation was carefully installed to ensure optimum insulation. We also installed the aluminum protective sheeting and all the necessary covers and seals.
In total, the area of work carried out covers an impressive 760 m². We are proud to deliver such high-quality results and thus contribute to the efficiency and safety of our projects.
Insulation of pipes and tanks in the engine room of a power plant
This project involved the comprehensive insulation of the engine room of a newly built thermal power plant. Our task included the entire insulation design as well as the necessary insulation thickness calculations for pipes, tanks, equipment, valves and other components.
We successfully manufactured the supporting structures for the protective metal shell and the insulation in our production plant. For this project, we used Rockwool insulation in thicknesses of 50 mm and 100 mm. Particularly noteworthy is our work in which we applied 380 mm thick insulation to steam pipes that can reach temperatures of almost 500 degrees.
In our factory Thermal-Tech the metal cladding, made of galvanized sheet metal, was fully prepared. In total, we successfully completed an impressive 11,860 m² of insulation for this important project.

Sewage treatment plant - Radom
We successfully carried out thermal insulation work on pipes, tanks and valves in a newly built sewage treatment plant. We used high-quality Rockwool rock wool with a thickness of 50 mm or 100 mm for these demanding tasks.
The aluminum sheet metal protective jacket was developed in our Thermal-Tech-It was carefully prepared at our production facility before being delivered to us. We then attached it precisely to the pipes, tanks and valves. In total, the area of the work carried out covers an impressive 780 m².
We are pleased to have made a contribution to the efficiency and longevity of this system!
Pre Zero waste incineration plant - Netherlands Rosendal
